Sheena is a highly accomplished C-Suite Life Sciences executive with over 25 years of global business leadership expertise, successful experience in scaling organizations that aspire to transform markets in medical devices, technology, and pharmaceutical services and commercialization.

She is currently Chief Solutions Officer at the Swiss company Healios AG, where she is responsible for driving the digital transformation of the healthcare industry though innovative SaaS and health technology solutions. She manages executive-level client relationships internationally, is a regular contributor to industry thought leadership, and speaker at Life Sciences events. Previously, Sheena held a senior leadership position at Syneos Health, a top tier CRO, and beforehand built out a Life Sciences IP and globalization practice at RWS Life Sciences, providing Clinical and Regulatory services to top pharma, CRO and medical device clients. Prior to that, she spent several years at Lionbridge Technologies both in the US and in Europe, where she incubated and built out their Life Sciences practice.

A native of Dublin, Ireland, she has been living in the US for the past 24 years with her husband and two children. For fun, she reads voraciously, loves to cook and bake for family and friends alike, and keeps fit through hiking and Pilates.
