Paidi is an innovation mentor, a member of the global lecturing panel at the Irish Management Institute, and an Adjunct Professor in innovation at University College Cork (UCC), Ireland.
He has more than 25 years’ experience working on innovation and research projects across a range of industries, including finance, engineering, education and healthcare.
He has mentored between 400-500 individuals from start-ups and established organisations (such as the Central Bank of Ireland, major banks, insurance companies, etc) in adopting design thinking to lead changes.
Previously, he was Director of Innovation & Research for a UK-headquartered technology company.
In 2011 he earned a PhD in innovation management from UCC and his work is published in major academic and industry outlets.
