Leigh Pottinger

Leigh is a Senior Manager in our Performance Improvement Practice, who has ten years experience in both advisory and industry roles across Canada, the UK and Ireland. She is a Member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.

Leigh has substantial experience in Customer Strategy and Segmentation, Customer Experience Led Transformation, Digital Service and Sales Strategy and Proposition Development.

She has expertise in leading cross-functional transformations to reduce costs and drive growth through the lens of customer-level analytics and economics. This frequently requires engaging with the full cross-section of Management Board representatives to identify opportunities and align operating models to a common vision or objective.

Prior to joining EY, Leigh has worked in B2C and B2B technology, eCommerce and media sectors following several years in strategy consulting largely in the consumer packaged goods industry.

Recently Leigh’s focus has been on bringing her deep understanding of the digital channel to help established organisations in Ireland improve their stakeholder experiences, reduce customer cost to serve and minimise organisational risk.
