Jevan is a senior associate in the Privacy and Data Security team at Mason Hayes & Curran. He specialises in the areas of data protection, data security and technology law. Jevan advises clients, comprising many of the world’s largest and most innovative online and social media technology companies, on a breadth of complex challenges arising from data protection law, including complex data transfer arrangements, contentious regulatory engagements, and their privacy posture under both the Directive and GDPR. Since its publication, Jevan has also been advising clients on the impact of the GDPR, how to practically prepare for its introduction, the development of internal processes, and what steps to take to achieve compliance.
