Emma Jane Joyce, Head of Responsible Investment, Ireland Strategic Investment Fund

Emma Jane is Investment Director with the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF) where she leads on the design and implementation of the Fund’s unique Sustainability and Responsible Investment Strategy across the whole Fund, Global and Irish Portfolios, multiple investment structures and asset types and across the life-cycle of investments. She represents the NTMA on number of sustainability platforms including OPSWF, SIF Ireland and the CDP Ireland Network (past Chair).

Emma Jane has extensive investment experience and has held a variety of investment roles within the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA).

Emma Jane joined the NTMA from Mercer Investment Consulting. She is a graduate of both Trinity College Dublin (BA Mod Genetics) and the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business (MSc in Management).
