Denis McCarthy was appointed CEO of Fexco in January 2015, having previously held the position of Non-Executive Director.

Fexco is a multinational fintech and business solutions provider, with operations in 29 countries worldwide.  Founded and headquartered in Ireland in 1981, Fexco employs more than 2,000 people across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, North America, Latin America and Australasia.

Denis has a degree in mathematics and he founded Annadale Technologies, a software development company specialising in the design and development of web-based transaction processing applications.  Denis also founded Aviso, a payments software company.

Denis was Chairman of The Irish Pilgrimage Trust for a 3 year period ended September 2018 and continues as a Trustee. IPT is a registered charity and has been bringing young people with special needs from all over Ireland to Lourdes for over 40 years.

Denis is married to Michelle and has two young children
